At the completion of the works on Beijing City the bad dragon was
sent away from his old home. He let his son and daughter drunk up
all well water in the city before they leave, then he had them turn
into two water baskets, and he carried them out of the city in
secret. Getting the news, LIU Bowen sent a lad named GAO Liang to
rush for water at once. GAO Liang caught up with the bad dragon,
went all out, and punctured one of the water baskets, however he
was engulfed by flood. With the tail between the legs the bad
dragon ran away, carrying the basket left. Being unguarded he ran
against the Western Mountain. The water basket was cracked up. The
water dropped on the Western Mountain and became numerous mouths
spring so that luscious fountain can be found everywhere at the
Western Mountain, Beijing today.
