Vispa 是一款保证Windows Vista安全的文件,它类似于Windows 2000/XP的xpy(基于xpy)的代码,在安装系统后可以用这款软件迅速改善Windows Vista的安全和隐私设置,甚至是系统性能,但请大家注意使用这款软件时必须了解Windows的基础知识,简而言之需要知道你正在干什么,因此这款工具并不是为初学者准备的.
